I am a communications professional with a deep passion for storytelling and a love for capturing the complexities of human experience.

As a child, I devoured books from many cultures and perspectives. Those stories inspired me to begin writing and exploring themes of identity, love, resilience, and belonging. Writing became both my creative outlet and my way of making sense of the world.

I pursued an education in Communications to turn that passion into meaningful work. Throughout my studies, I strengthened my writing skills, explored different styles and formats, and expanded into marketing and content creation to support my entrepreneurial goals.

In 2019, I began my professional career with the Department of National Defence. I later joined the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, where I supported strategic communications initiatives. Most recently, I was selected for an assignment with the G7 team at Global Affairs Canada, where I worked on media monitoring, strategic analysis, and policy related communications. This experience sharpened my ability to synthesize complex global issues and communicate them clearly to support decision makers.

My work has included producing and managing internal and external communications, developing messaging, and supporting organizational initiatives through clear, thoughtful storytelling.

Alongside my career, I am also an entrepreneur. I launched my makeup business in October 2015 and built it into a successful brand. Through this, I developed strong skills in branding, digital marketing, client relations, and creative strategy.

I am passionate about social justice and use my voice to highlight important issues, challenge harmful norms, and advocate for equality and compassion. I believe storytelling has the power to spark reflection, healing, and change.

I continue to grow, evolve, and seek new ways to express my creativity. With a commitment to authenticity and connection, I aspire to launch a podcast that engages, provokes thought, and touches the hearts of listeners around the world.
